There are about a billion fitness websites and influencers dedicated to more advanced exercise but we are here for the newbies. People with little to zero experience in fitness and nutrition. People who have likely never set foot in a gym. People who likely didn’t play sports growing up.
Or maybe people with a bit of experience but never quite comfortable with exercise. Maybe you know you are still doing things incorrectly and you’re ready for that added confidence that you are exercising properly.
Cardio is without question THE WORST. Personally, I passionately HATE it. So how do I get myself to do it despite this fact?
First of all, as in most things, I take the PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE. The path of least resistance is human nature and typically makes the most sense.

The gym can be an incredibly intimidating place. I’ve experienced countless gyms over the last 20+ years and to this day when I go to a new gym that I’ve never been before, it can still be a little nerve wracking.
Our current self is a reflection of our habits. The habits we have developed over the months, years, and maybe decades have sculpted who we are in the present. And many of these habits are deeply ingrained, hopefully, more good than bad.
