If you’re brand new to exercise you’ve come to the right place!  Our programs are designed specifically for beginners with little to no experience

The programs will provide a blueprint to build your foundation and fundamentals in weightlifting.

The internet has literally countless exercise videos but what good are exercise videos with no STRUCTURE??

Sure they can show you how to do that particular exercise properly but how many repetitions should you do?  How many sets of the exercise should you do?  How much weight should you be using?  What other exercises should you do with it?

These are pretty reasonable questions that most beginners in the gym will have.  And that is where our beginner program comes in.

The program gives full instruction every week for your workouts.  It will tell you what exercises to do that day, how many reps, how many sets, and how much weight to use.

Opt in below for a free week to sample our program!

Our programs are divided into male and female as well as in gym and body weight.  In general, male and female goals tend to be a little different.  Females tend to prefer a little more lower body focus while males tend to prefer a little more upper body focus.

We also wanted to offer a program that did not require a gym so we have the at home/body weight programs.  For beginners especially, a gym isn’t initially necessary.  Your body can be used very efficiently for resistance training.

Our approach is to teach beginners how to nail down the fundamentals of these three. They work hand in hand and one without the other just isn't as efficient or effective.

1 Form

Bad form is the fastest way to get hurt. And getting hurt as a beginner is basically a program killer — you miss a week, lose momentum, and never come back. We’ve seen it too many times.

The thing is, most beginners don’t even know their form is bad. You think you’re doing a squat. You’re actually doing something that would make a physical therapist cry.

That’s not a knock on you — nobody is born knowing how to deadlift. Good form has to be taught, practiced, and eventually it becomes automatic. Our program walks you through every exercise with video instruction so you know exactly what you’re doing and why. We’re not just handing you a workout plan and wishing you luck.

Get the form right first. Everything else follows from there.

2 Structure

Here’s the problem with most fitness content on the internet. You can find a video showing you how to do a Romanian deadlift in about 30 seconds. Great. But now what?

How many reps? How many sets? How heavy? What do you do after that? What do you do tomorrow? Next week?

Without structure you’re just wandering around the gym doing random stuff and hoping something happens. Spoiler: it doesn’t.

Our program gives you a full weekly blueprint. Every workout is laid out for you — what exercises, how many sets, how many reps, what weight range to start with. No guesswork, no Googling, no standing around looking lost. You show up, you follow the plan, you go home. Simple as that.

3 Progression

This is the part nobody talks about enough.

Getting started is actually the easy part. Motivation is high, everything is new, you’re feeling good about yourself. The real challenge is month two. Month three. When the novelty has worn off and it just feels like work.

That’s where most people quit. Not because they couldn’t do it physically — because they didn’t have a plan to keep going mentally.

Our program builds progression into everything. Workouts get harder as you get stronger. We give you the habit tactics and mindset tools that actually work for exercise and nutrition — not the fluffy stuff that works for remembering to floss. Real behavioral change for difficult habits takes longer than a month and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.

You won’t be perfect. You’ll miss days. That’s expected and it’s fine. What matters is having a system that brings you back. That’s what we teach.
