Our all-encompassing program covers everything you need to get your healthy lifestyle started.
If you're brand new to exercise you've come to the right place! Our programs are designed specifically for beginners with little to no experience. The programs will provide a blueprint to build your foundation and fundamentals in fitness and nutrition.
The internet has literally countless exercise videos but what good are exercise videos with no STRUCTURE??
Sure they can show you how to do that particular exercise properly but how many repetitions should you do? How many sets of the exercise should you do? How much weight should you be using? What other exercises should you do with it?
These are pretty reasonable questions that most beginners in the gym will have. And that is where our beginner program comes in.
The program gives full instruction every week for your workouts. It will tell you what exercises to do that day, how many reps, how many sets, and how much weight to use.

Our programs our divided into male and female as well as in gym and body weight. In general, male and female goals tend to be a little different. Females tend to prefer a little more lower body focus while males tend to prefer a little more upper body focus.
We also wanted to offer a program that did not require a gym so we have the at home/body weight programs. For beginners especially, a gym isn't initially necessary. Your body can be used very efficiently for resistance training.
Exercise, though we don't believe to be as difficult to adhere to as proper nutrition, is still a bitch. It can be painful, especially initially.
Which is why we promote starting slowly and working your way up. Our course is flexible though and each person should chug along at their own comfortable pace.
So though we promote our program as 3 months, it could take 2 months for someone and maybe 5 months for someone else.
The pace isn't really that important, what's important is getting started and working towards completion.
Obviously we aren't suggesting taking your sweet ass time and finishing in triple the suggested time but you do want to listen to your body and always make sure it has proper recovery time. Everybody has different recovery speeds.
Nutrition is easily and without question the most important aspect of overall good health. It is also easily the most difficult to adhere to.
If you think about the time required to add the exercise habit into your life, initially it might only be 2-3 hours per week. Nutrition on the other hand, is an all day every day battle.
And you are potentially trying to alter or completely change decades of bad eating habits.
Therefore, it make sense to allot a significant amount of time and effort into creating healthy and sustainable habits. Our course provides all you need to get started in healthy cooking.
From shopping lists to meal planning we cover nutrition in depth for beginners. We focus on simple, quick and easy healthy recipes.
After you have conquered the fundamentals of our program you can venture out into the endless cooking websites for more advanced recipes but our goal here is just to get you started.
Habit change is a tricky beast. There is a plethora of research out there that suggests a new habit can be created in under a month if done daily.
And that certainly may be true for small, easy habits. Like flossing or putting your shoes away when you get home.
In all my experience as a personal trainer I have never found that to be the case with exercise and nutrition however. True behavioral change for challenging lifestyle changes I believe to likely be closer to 2 years. Other research supports this.
Our course dives in deep on tactics and strategy for habit creation and change. A plan must be in place though for a habit as difficult as exercise or nutrition changes to be successful. Motivation alone is wonderful for getting started in anything but it certainly can't be counted on in the long term. We will help you develop a plan.
The benefits of a healthy lifestyle are still being researched and discovered on a regular basis but they have become undeniable. Not only physically but the benefits for one's mind and soul are arguably even more valuable.
